We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Relations Officer

Location: Lagos

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Engage and build relationships with businesses in markets
  • Explain ourservices clearly to business owners
  • Convert interested businesses into paying customers
  • Assist businesses with onboarding and basic setup
  • Address questions and concerns professionally
  • Maintain records of businesses contacted and onboarded
  • Follow up with prospects where necessary

REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to convince and close deals
  • Field sales or customer service experience is an advantage
  • Confidence, patience, and good attitude
  • Smartphone literacy (WhatsApp, basic web use)
  • Ability to work independently on the field
